My Journey
My journey began in hospital laboratories as a Biomedical Scientist, but my passion for direct patient care led me to retrain as a Physician Associate. Over the past decade, I have worked within the NHS across various roles, including general practice and NHS CAMHS, where I have spent the last three years conducting ADHD and Autism assessments and medication reviews. Through this work, I have developed a deep appreciation for the diversity of neurodivergent experiences, using these insights to help individuals harness their strengths and achieve their goals—whether in wellbeing, work, education, or beyond.
Alongside my clinical work, I have also been coaching newly qualified Physician Associates, helping them navigate the challenges of transitioning into the workforce. I also run a group coaching program focused on workplace resilience, supporting professionals in adapting to change and building confidence in demanding environments. Having worked alongside diverse teams and management styles, I have learned to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
In addition to my professional experience, I bring lived experience of neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia), which allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level. My coaching practice is grounded in both personal understanding and professional expertise, strengthened by currently undertaking ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring and Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychiatry.
Whether you're striving for personal growth, career progression, or greater wellbeing, I offer a collaborative, strengths-based approach to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I look forward to working with you!
