My Journey

My journey began in hospital laboratories as a Biomedical Scientist, but my passion for direct patient care led me to retrain as a Physician Associate. Over the past decade, I have worked within the NHS across various roles, including general practice and NHS CAMHS, where I have spent the last three years conducting ADHD/Autism assessments and medication reviews. Through this work, I have developed a deep appreciation for the diversity of neurodivergent experiences, using these insights to help individuals harness their strengths and achieve their goals-whether in wellbeing, work, education, or beyond.

In addition to the 1-2-1 coaching i offer, I also run a group coaching program focused on workplace resilience, supporting professionals in adapting to change and building confidence in demanding environments. Having worked alongside diverse teams and management styles, I have learned to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

I bring lived experience of neurodiversity, which allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level. My coaching practice is grounded in both personal understanding and professional expertise, strengthened by currently undertaking ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring and my PGDip in Clinical Psychiatry.

Whether you're striving for personal growth, career progression, or greater wellbeing, I offer a collaborative, strengths-based approach to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

I look forward to working with you!
